Kari's unique background in Forrest, Restorative, and Yin Yoga provides her clients with individualized sessions designed to meet each person right where they are in their yoga journey. Kari specializes in working with injuries and perceived physical limitations, and with clients who are looking for ways to use their practice as a means of tapping into the body's natural needs and desires. Her insightful sequencing, calming presence, and nurturing assists make each private session a place to get curious about how the body feels and responds in the present moment. Kari's own personal journey to listen, love, and respect the rhythm of her body inspires her Craniosacral work. A deeply empathic listener, Kari utilizes her many years of training from the Upledger Institute and Hugh Milne to offer this extraordinary light touch bodywork. Working with the body's natural Craniosacral rhythms, the body finds its own way to relaxation by unwinding past patterns and opening new pathways for spacious healing.
