Candlelight Yin Yoga 

Calm the mind and restore the body with this contemplative style of yoga. Yin Yoga helps the body's deep layers of connective tissue begin to unwind through a sequence of passively held postures. Reclined poses help the body deeply relax within a gentle sequence of folds, backbends, and twists. Benefits may include feeling less stressed, relieving tightness in the joints, sleeping better, enhancing focus and feeling more grounded.
